Please note these bands were designed for for those who are under 6ft tall and are looking for an alternative to the longer 41" resistance bands. 

Additionally, these bands are great providing tension earlier in the movement due to the shorter length, making them great for smaller individuals or those who find that they do not have enough resistance or too much slack at the beginning of a movement. 

These bands are NOT recommended for pull up training. Please use the 41" bands.

This is a quality made band. I use the black band for deadlifts and get a strong resistance from the bottom position all the way to the top of the deadlift movement. I highly recommend this product!

This is great for a smaller woman like me.

I used these on my deadlifts so that I get a better longer workout. 32’ doubled is so much better for me. I am only 5’6” so they make my workout much better.

great, particularly if you are not very tall

I have been using 41" bands for a while (with a bar and plate), at 5'5 I need a very wide plate and a large bar to get the tension to start low enough on the lifts, the 32" bands have a very different strength curve and are a lot closer to using plates and barbell, not sure I would move entirely to them, but I am a big fan.
