32" Resistance Band

C
Charles H.
Great quality and size for 5'7"

Most 41 inch bands are designed for 6' people. 32 inch bands are far more able to provide resistance in the weaker areas of the range of force for people shorter than 6", enabling a more complete fatigue. If anyone other than SS made 32" bands, I'd be worried about quality abd hesitant to buy. SS is top quality and their layered bands are less likely to suddenly snap.

Use 41 inch bands to Fatigue
THEN use 32 inch bands to Fatigue.
THEN use 20 inch bands to Fatigue.
Game changer to go three lengths deep for fatigue.

Game Changer!

I recently started resistance band training and struggled to get similar tension as my taller counterparts when using a non-attached set up - I'm five feet even by the way. There are hacks like wrapping loops around my feet or hands which was adequate for doing lighter band lifts but for going heavy or higher resistance as with a thicker band or using any of the bar-style-and-foot-plate tools that hit the market I was just unable to make the standard 41" bands work for me. These 32" bands completely changed my experience with resistance band training in a tremendously positive way. Thanks for understanding the market and getting these bands to us!

Work great. Provide just the right amount of resistance to make my workout tougher.

Diamond in the rough

It was worth the wait and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I ended up buying one of each resistance level. I feel the tension throughout the entire movement
