Care Guide
Please note these bands were designed for for those who are under 5'10" (or 70") and are looking for an alternative to the longer 41" resistance bands.
Additionally, these bands are great providing tension earlier in the movement due to the shorter length, making them great for smaller individuals or those who find that they do not have enough resistance or too much slack at the beginning of a movement.
These bands are NOT recommended for pull up training. Please use the 41" bands.
Note: These bands are not designed for pull-up training. Please see our 41" band listings.

Why 32" Bands?
We developed 32" Bands to help individuals under 5'10" (70") get the most out of their resistance band training.
Less Slack = Greater Gains
Most Resistance Bands are 41" Long & can be too long for users under 5'10"- creating slack at the bottom of an exercise.
We created 32" Bands to make sure your bands were under tension throughout your entire range-of-motion. Keeping tension on the bands keeps your muscles engaged, producing better results & more gains.
Users OVER 5'10": Traditional 41" Bands are probably perfect for you, we sell those here.
Users UNDER 5'10": 32" Bands were designed for you and your resistance training!
Resistance Training
From Bicep Curls to Push-Ups, from Chest Presses to Standing or Seated Rows 32" Bands are an essential accessory for upper body resistance training!
Don't be fooled, while 32" Bands are an excellent source for upper body exercises they can also be incorporated to training your lower back and legs.
Exercise Anywhere
From the advanced athletes to the general fitness lover, our bands can be used in a variety of ways in a variety of settings. Take them to the gym, workout in your office, exercise outdoors, and even incorporate your fitness routine on your next vacation with our 32" Bands!
Users Over 5'10" & Overhead Movements
If you are over 5'10" (70") tall you will be better suited using the 41" as the 32" Bands may be stretched beyond their recommended length.
Additionally, overhead movements are NOT recommended with the 32" resistance bands. We recommend using 41" pull-bands for overhead exercises.
Pull-Up Training
32" bands are NOT designed to assist with pull-up training. Assisted pull-ups with 32" bands would require you to stretch the bands beyond their recommended length*. Serious Steel 41" bands are the best option for assisted pull-ups.
*We do NOT recommend stretching any latex band over 2.5x the original length.
Barbell Training
The 32" bands are NOT intended for barbell training. If you are looking to add bands to your barbell training check out our 41" bands.
WHAT MAKES OUR BANDS DIFFERENT?
SRI LANKA
Top Quality | Fair Trade | Sustainable
Our manufacturing facility has been a top producer of natural rubber latex resistance bands since 1947.
Raw Materials are sourced locally through heavily regulated, sustainable and eco-friendly farming.
Sri Lanka is also free from child labor.
Premium raw materials are the foundation of our bands, but our proprietary manufacturing process is what makes them some of the best bands in the world.
ALL ABOUT THE LAYERS
The seam on our bands is not a mistake or defect. Actually, this is one way you can tell you have a quality band!
How our bands are made:
Our bands are made through a continuous layering process with 15 total layers. The 15 layers from one piece of latex gives the band a seam on the inside and outside. Our manufacturing process helps maximize durability, elasticity and tension consistency.
The consistent tension curve throughout your ROM is the best way to feel the difference between a high and low quality band. Lower quality bands have a force curve that typically flattens out when stretched beyond 70%.
PROTECTIVE COATING
Resistance bands are basically big, rubber bands. You have probably noticed that old rubber bands it will start to dry-rot.
To prevent dry-rot and maintain elasticity, a natural and non-toxic protective coating is added to each band. Natural Rubber Latex needs additional components to maintain material stability and elasticity. Even though it is natural and non-toxic, this could irritate skin if you are allergic to, or have a latex sensitivity.
Can bands be washed to minimize this?
Yes. This can be minimized by washing the band with warm soapy water. Air dry or pat dry with a clean towel.
