You can now return or exchange your item using our return portal provided by LOOP RETURNS.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

For U.S. customers, product(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Product(s) must be in new, sellable condition along with original packaging. If products are returned in used or damaged condition, a partial refund will be applied to reflect the damage and condition of the product(s). All items are thoroughly inspected on return. Please note refunds can take up to seven (7) days of receipt of the returned product(s). In most cases, your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange.

While we provide prepaid return labels for US Customers. We do charge a $6.99 fee for the return. This means you do not have to pay for a return label that typically costs a lot more. We are a small and dedicated brand. We truly want to do our best by our customers and supporters but unfortunately, we're not in the position to absorb the total cost for return shipping and restocking fees. We appreciate your understanding. 

For non-U.S. customersYOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for the cost of your return.

Please note, while MOST new items are eligible for returns, see below the exceptions to this rule:

  • Final sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges on final sale items are on a case-by-case basis depending on inventory. 
  • Exer-Genie, BandBell, and Body-Solid items are non-returnable. Please contact us at Team@serioussteel.com for more information. 
  • Other products such as bumper plates, cast iron plates, barbells, or any item over 50 lbs are non-returnable through LOOP. Please contact us at Team@serioussteel.com for more information.

Exchanges must be requested WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. Exchanges through LOOP can only be made for A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME ITEM, but not a completely different item. If a different item is desired you can select to return your item and then choose to receive a store credit to apply to a new item purchase. Please note exchanges can take up to seven (7) days of receipt of the exchange product(s).

For non-U.S. customers, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for the cost of your exchange, including reshipment costs.

HOW TO SHIP YOUR ITEMS BACK TO US? 

All orders that are returned should be sent back suitably and sufficiently packaged. This means using an appropriate size box or bag along with padding, so that the product is not damaged in transit. Products that are damaged due to insufficient packaging will be charged at a minimum of a 15% restocking fee.  

RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM? 

First off, we're sorry to hear you have received a damaged item! Please send us the following information to Team@serioussteel.com. Please note, we must be notified within 3 business days of the damaged items. 

  • Your Order Number
  • Item Name
  • Date of Purchase
  • Photos that show:
    1. The damage as clearly as possible
    2. Full-length photo of the item

RETURNING AN ITEM YOU BOUGHT AT AN EVENT

These are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at Team@serioussteel.com and send us the following details: 

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Event name and date
  • Delivery address
  • Photograph or scanned copy of your receipt

RETURNING AN ITEM YOU RECEIVED AS A GIFT

Due to high amounts of fraud, if you are returning an item you received as a gift you must still provide the original Order Number associated with the item(s). 

LOOP RETURNS

You can now return your parcel using LOOP:

  • To make a return, head to our RETURNS PORTAL 
  • You will need your ORDER NUMBER, e.g #14123456 and ZIP/POSTAL CODE
  • Select which item(s) you are returning and why.
  • LOOP will then ask you a serious of questions to complete your return/exchange.
  • Once completed you then will be provided a SHIPPING LABEL (at a $6.99 Fee)
  • Please note if you opt for an EXCHANGE, stock is not immediately reserved and it is possible that the item(s) that you requested are no longer available. If this is the case, you will be refunded for the item(s) back to your original payment method or you can choose to receive a store credit to apply to future purchases. Once completed an email confirmation will be sent to you.
  • Once received, it can take 7 days from the date we receive your order for your order to be refunded or exchanged. 
  • Once the refund is processed, it may take up to 5 days for it to clear with your bank.
