Does not come with carabiner

Handles do not come with a clip to hook to your bands. This being my first foray into resistance bands, maybe I should have known better, but these handles do not come with clips to hook into the bands. They are good for what they are, just make sure you have a way to affix them to the bands, otherwise you may be limited in what you can do with them.

Bad very squeaky and noisy

Do not buy unless you like very squeaky and noisy handles. The handles are plastic that rub against the strap material, and it makes a loud and irritating squeaky noise on each rep. Serious design flaw. You think it won't matter in your work out? Good luck.
