          Great work out!

          I have had cancer for the last 2 years, which means I haven't been able to do much and I've lost a lot of muscle mass. I'm still going through chemo, but I've been working to build some muscle (and hopefully stamina!) I wear these (still on the blue band, lol) above the knee while I do squats to try to work my hip flexor muscles. It feels like it's working, so in my opinion, they're totally worth it!
